Who Can Join S5 Sport?
S5 Sport caters to players of any age or skill level. It could be your first year of competitive sport, or you have been playing for your school/club for a few years. If you are wanting to get faster, stronger and more agile for your sport then S5 will help you acheive your goals.
When you sign up, you select a sport that you are training for and S5 will create an individualised training program to suit you.

Monthly- Access to monthly skills, drills, and Strength & Conditioning programming suited to your ability and sport.
- At the end of each month you upload a video of the skill we have set for you and Barrie or Cody will provide feedback direct to you
- Each month you will upload results from the Strength & Conditioning program.
- Based on your videos, progress and results, Barrie and Cody will determine whether to focus on more speed, strength, stamina, or skill.
